Approximately 75% of Oklahoma’s courses were open as of April 2. All “non-essential” businesses have been closed while Tulsa and Oklahoma City — which account for more than one quarter of the state’s population — both have shelter-in-place orders that restrict residents from leaving home for anything but essentials.
