The NGF extends a warm welcome to the newest members of its community, a diverse group that spans all sectors of the golf industry.

These facilities and businesses share our common vision of being the most well-informed advocates for the growth of the game and their membership, like many others, helps to underwrite the many research projects and publications that NGF produces on behalf of golf.

FACILITY MEMBERS

Spring Hill Golf Club

Wayzata, Minnesota

Located about 20 minutes west of Minneapolis, Spring Hill Golf Club in Wayzata is a private, golf-only club that features a Tom Fazio-designed course as its centerpiece. Known for its natural beauty, the 18-hole layout is built on rolling land with holes isolated by evergreen forests and maple trees. Spring Hill is ranked as one of Golf’s Digest 100 Greatest U.S. Courses.

Big Canoe

 

Jasper, Georgia

Big Canoe is a gated, private residential community in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia that offers 27 holes of golf. Designed by Joe Lee, the three 9-hole layouts — Choctaw, Cherokee, and Creek — pay homage to the Native Americans who first called the area home and feature magnificent views of mountain peaks, rushing streams, and lush valleys. Located about an hour outside Atlanta, the Big Canoe community has more than 20 miles of hiking trails, three waterfalls, three lakes and is home to over 2,600 families.

Radnor Valley Country Club

Villanova, Pennsylvania 

Located just outside Philadelphia on the “Main Line,” Radnor Valley is seeking to lead the change from traditional country club to one that meets the needs of today’s active families, while also preserving the best from its past. The club’s 18-hole championship course has a superb routing, tees for players of all abilities, no tee times and a brisk pace of play so members can sneak out for a quick round or enjoy the day with fellow members, guests or the kids. Other amenities around Radnor Valley’s 1923 mansion and clubhouse include the pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, a fitness center and a practice golf facility with two putting greens, a short game improvement area and a grass driving range.

Asia Golf Links

Based in Seoul, South Korea, AGL aims to become the leading global platform for golf service providers and golfers by innovative IT solutions. Back Story, LLC

Back Story, widely known as Golf Forever, is a first-of-its-kind online video-based learning program to increase flexibility and strength. This program safely re-trains golfers to use their body to create a better golf game experience. They deliver customized golf exercises developed by experts that cater to individual needs.

Bat-Caddy

Bat-Caddy is a U.S.-based company, founded in 2004, that manufactures motorized push-style golf carts that are sold and distributed worldwide. Known for the Electric Golf Caddy, their proven design is unique and has exceptional functionality, performance, quality, and overall value. Bat-Caddy offers manual or fully remote-controlled units that allow golfers to walk the course while the robotic “caddy” carries their bag.

Caddie U

Caddie U has four youth development programs under its BEST FIRST JOB EVER banner; all promoting its core principles: have fun, make friends, show class and give back. The Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation was created to fill vital rolls in the development of golf as a game, lifestyle and business. The Caddie U Business school was created to teach high school students the importance of financial literacy.

Central Turf & Irrigation Supply

Central Turf & Irrigation Supply sells a full range of golf course irrigation equipment, with products for every need — from water reservoirs to valve-in-head rotors. Ideal for superintendents seeking a “one-stop shop” experience, the Elmsford, New York-headquartered company has 50 locations nationwide and  specializes in comprehensive golf irrigation products and services. Through quality design and efficient products, they are able to help manage water, energy and labor for best-in-class golf irrigation

Emergency 9 Golf 

Founded in 2018, Emergency 9 offers multi-discipline consulting for golf facilities working to create the best golfing experience — evaluating and collaborating on products and projects to create a course of action for improvement. Based in Chicago’s North Shore area, Emergency 9 Golf works with golf facilities worldwide, helping examine design, marketing and operations needs to determine what work can be done with the club’s current personnel and what requires outside services. The company was founded by Sam Beckman, who has worked extensively in the golf course architecture and landscape services industry in addition to his time handling finance, marketing and operational needs for a Fortune 100 corporation.

Exa Innovation Studio, Inc.

Exa Innovation Studio is a Los Angeles-based company that provides consulting services for Japanese golf courses and golf related businesses in an effort to revitalize the Japanese golf industry. By using strategic intelligence, data science, and innovation they are able to execute and implement strategies that reflect global trends.

 

2Hemispheres

2Hemispheres offers a broad range of experience helping brands execute programs of all sizes across multiple retail channels, with services that include strategy, design, execution, project management and training. The Oregon City-based company partnered with the PGA TOUR to re-imagine the patron retail experience for the Players Championship, creating a FanShop experience that brings together the best of the golf and lifestyle apparel and accessories brands. They’ve also worked with major companies in golf such as TaylorMade, adidas Golf, Nike Golf, PING and Troon.
